Return Policy

Cancellations:Cancellations may be accepted as long as the order has not been shipped. Buyer must call Salon CA and receive a verbal and written notice to confirm the order has been cancelled.

Returns & Exchanges: All new merchandise may be returned within 30 days of sales receipt unless otherwise stated. Return requests MUST be approved in advance and are subjected to a 20% restocking fee excluding original shipping cost. All merchandise must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Failure to return merchandise without original box may void the return.

Please call 855.725.6622 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Repackage the original merchandise as received upon delivery and add additional padding if needed. We highly recommend insuring the package and shipping via a traceable method as Salon CA is not responsible for any damages or lost package during transit.

Refunds are contingent upon our Claims Department’s inspection and approval. We will open the package to ensure all parts are present and in like-new conditions. All refunds are applied to the same payment method used in the original purchase and it may take 5-10 business days to appear on your account. Buyer is responsible for all shipping cost (going to and coming from) for any merchandise to be returned to our company. Any merchandise received not in accordance with the above stated policy will be denied return delivery acceptance. All returns will be carefully reviewed and authorized at the discretion of Salon CA. No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the date of purchase.

Salon CA reserves the right not to accept nor refund any unauthorized return.


Exclusions on Returns and Cancellations: Salon CA will NOT accept any returns or exchanges on customized/ special, final sale and closeout orders. Salon CA will NOT accept any returns or exchanges the following merchandise:

·         GROOMING: Clippers, Trimmers, Razors, Wax, Blades

·         HAIR PRODUCTS: Hair Iron, Gel, Hair Color, Shears, Hair Shadow, Brushes

·         AEROSOLS: Spray, Disinfectants

·         LIQUIDS: Developers, Shampoo, Conditioners, Oils, Aftershave

·         COSMETICS: Make Up, Foundation, Eyelashes, Adhesive, Powders

·         SHAMPOO BOWLS (Installed/ Connected): Shampoo Bowls, Cabinets, Backwash Units


Claims on Damage/ Defective Merchandise: If you receive the order damage or having some difficulties in using the item, notify us immediately. You will be required to provide us with detail information about the problem along with photos and/or videos. A customer service representative will provide you with instructions on what needs to be done. Claims may take up to three weeks for resolution. All merchandise and packaging must be kept until the claim has been resolved.
