Warranty

Salon CA warrant that all products sold will be brand new, free of damages and defect upon delivery. It is intended to include all necessary parts and pieces for standard use. Despite our best efforts, a small number of mistakes may happen from time to time. If a buyer receives merchandise that does not confirm to our warranty, the buyer must complete a claim and provide supported evidence either written, photographs or video so we may rectify the issue.

Salon CA offers a one year parts warranty on all merchandise purchase from our website starting from the date of sales receipt. Any hydraulic pump is covered for a one year period only. This includes failure to withstand general wear and not due to extensive use. Warranty excludes normal wear and tear and does not include bulb, foam, glass parts, rubber pieces, vinyl coverings, losses for inability to use or any installation of replacement part. Warranty is non-transferable and applies to the original purchaser and date only. Tampering, inappropriate use or any modification of product will void all warranty.

Buyer is responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement part:

                         Styling Chair Pump & Base will cost $45.00 each
                         Barber Chair Pump & Base will cost $65.00 each

If merchandise becomes defective during its warranty period, Salon CA will at our discretion either replace the defective part(s) or provide a whole new unit. If the warranty has expired, purchasing replacement parts will be offered for selected merchandise.

In the event a merchandise must be returned for repair or replacement and the merchandise has been in the possession of the buyer for less than 30 days, Salon CA will issue a return tag to have the item sent back to our warehouse at the expense of Salon CA.

If an item must be returned for repair or replacement after the 30 day period, the buyer is responsible for shipping the merchandise to our warehouse and any shipping fees will not be reimbursed. Any labor or repair of all returned products does not renew or extend the warranty.

 

Disclaimer for Clipper, Trimmers and Blades: The customer agrees when buying blades from Salon CA that they are solely responsible for any and all safety aspects when using such a product. Safety aspects include but are not limited to: (1) the secure attachment of a blade to the proper model trimmer, clipper or shaver (2) keeping such blades and away from children, etc (3) used for its intended purpose.

Salon CA warrants our blades to be free from defect and in top professional working order when you purchase them from us. Should you find any problems and you are within 30-days of the sales receipt, due to sanitary reasons, returns, refunds, and exchanges for blades that have been used whether a one-time trial use or a few times will not be accepted by Salon CA. However blades do carry a 30-day manufacturer’s warrantyAny defective blades after use may be replaced with the manufacturer of the blade.
